Back before Britney Spears was the crazy whore she is today, I actually had an idea to use her to promote Green Giant broccoli spears--a kind of eat-more-broccoli campaign. The ad would've been a cartoon, ala the Green Giant and Sprout, and the song would've played off her hit single "Hit Me Baby One More Time." The lead character, a broccoli-headed cartoon, was supposed to be named "Broccoli Spears;" the lyrics would've been changed to "Eat Me Baby One More Time."
*sigh* Sadly, some ideas never get to see the light of day.
