Delta. Playa.

Apparently unbankrupted (Are they flying planes? I wouldn't know. I don't fly airlines that make vagina jokes.), Delta recently broke a big new shiny campaign tagged: Change is: Delta. Here in NYC, the executions are all over subway cars and phone kiosks. This here kiosk is smack in the middle of the NYU campus neighborhood. That must explain the def, rad, phat, ill "That's fly" copy line. Very 1990. Keep keepin' it real, D-Air.
previously in airlines:
1. "trimming the stabilizers..."
2. How did Air France become #1 in Europe?
3. Taglines are DUMB: Continental.

They should spend less on their advertising, and more on getting their sh*t together.

That's funny because I really like their 'Cheat on New York' out-of-home campaign [see http://www.flaggedforfollowup.com/2007/04/cheat_on_new_yo.html]

Peace out. Word. Phat City. That's all the hipster talk I know.

I've also seen this on the D line. Thought the same thing...trying too hard. Do some research first...find out that people don't use "fly" anymore.

Whose reading the copy anyway, I am daydreaming about sitting next to miss Afroeurasian sex goddess...and stealing her IPOD.

The cheat on NY ad campaign was so cool, especially in the dead of winter when all I wanted to do was get the fuck out of New York anyway.

delta the greek letter means change in math. maybe they're attempting to appeal to fans of physics instead of their original customer base of alluvial fan connoisseurs.

Delta was keepin it real years ago. Check out the video - this used to be audio-only and was apparently done by some bored Saatchi people when they were about to lose the account...
